Fire System Management
Ensuring the safety infrastructure and management mechanisms are in place at each factory location is essential. Any identified issues must be promptly addressed to effectively reduce the risk of fires across all factory sites. This includes measures such as having evacuation and escape plans, reporting to firefighting authorities when necessary, and conducting annual fire drills.
Occupational Safety Education and Training
To ensure environmental and employee safety at the company's factory sites, several measures have been implemented. These include:
Selection of 10 employees as seed members for occupational safety education and training to enhance safety awareness among the workforce.
Providing relevant training to all company personnel to improve their understanding of occupational safety, which includes topics such as safety rules compliance, personal protective equipment usage, emergency response, hazard identification, and reporting safety issues.
Conducting two annual fire brigade drills and training sessions on the use of building elevators and lifting equipment. The fire drills cover areas such as fire safety education and awareness, informing employees about protection plans, and fire prevention measures.
Regular workplace inspections to identify deficiencies, followed by corrective actions and preventive measures to maintain overall workplace safety.
These efforts demonstrate the company's commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment for its employees while also raising awareness of occupational safety and environmental concerns.
