Expanding the AI Agent Product Agatha to Capture Transformation Opportunities Among Thousands of Listed Companies and Manufacturers

Ji-Haw Industrial (3011) and its AI subsidiary Emergence AI have been driving digital transformation in manufacturing with Agatha, an enterprise-grade multi-agent AI platform. Both companies were recognized at the 7th “2026 TEEMA Digital Transformation Award” hosted by the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA): Ji-Haw received the Application Innovation Award, and Emergence AI received the Service Innovation Award. Drawing on proven experience within the group, the two companies are positioned to expand into the AI transformation market of thousands of listed companies and tens of thousands of manufacturers.

At the award ceremony, Chairman Shih shared that as a traditional manufacturer with nearly 50 years of history and a long track record as a listed company, Ji-Haw’s biggest challenge in adopting AI was that systems and data accumulated over many years had not been fully digitized or were scattered across different places. The key was organizing this information so that AI could understand it and employees could use it, and then turning it into management reports that support business decisions.

Emergence AI’s Agatha, built on its own in-house trained enterprise AI models, lowers the barrier to adoption with a no-code approach. Through a data middle platform that connects ERP, CRM, and production, sales, and financial data, employees can query orders, gross margins, inventory, and production status in real time using natural language, moving from “waiting for reports” to “just ask.” Data query time has been reduced by more than 90%, and cross-department communication costs have fallen by about 40%.

After financial reports and shareholder meeting materials are uploaded, users can ask in natural language about the company’s major strategies in recent years, shareholder meeting information, financial data, main products and business scope, ESG and sustainability initiatives, and key points from investor conferences. As AI moves deeper into corporate governance, efficiency must be balanced with compliance and accountability. To address the complex procurement audits of listed companies, Agatha is built on its proprietary “Triple Loop” architecture, which integrates three loops: the AI Loop, Human in the Loop, and enterprise processes and information security. Applied to an Audit Agent, it combines internal control processes with regulatory comparison models to automatically scan transactions, check them against rules, and detect anomalies, raising procurement audits from manual sampling to 100% full inspection. AI handles compiling information and flagging issues, while auditors retain final judgment.

Chairman Shih added that external communications from listed companies require even more of a “less is more” approach: data must be cited precisely and must not go beyond the defined scope. Agatha’s IR Spokesperson Agent is limited to approved sources such as financial reports, annual reports, press releases, and investor conference materials, and every answer is supported by references and stays within the defined scope.

Ji-Haw aims to replicate its first-hand experience of AI adoption as a listed company across more enterprises through Emergence AI’s Agatha, helping clients optimize production and sales decisions, internal controls, and investor communications. Agatha emphasizes collaboration between AI and people, enabling companies to gradually build digital employees that are deliverable, measurable, and manageable. The proven manufacturing production-and-sales and management agents, listed-company Audit Agent, and IR Agent will be extended to the AI transformation market of thousands of other listed companies and tens of thousands of manufacturers in Taiwan.

TEEMA Secretary-General Lin Chuan-Neng noted at the ceremony that the association has been running the TEEMA Digital Transformation Award since 2020. This year’s 7th edition selected 7 cases involving 13 exemplary companies, recognizing both “Application Innovation” and “Service Innovation” to encourage companies to first use digital and AI technologies to improve internal efficiency, then turn those results into external service solutions that foster industry collaboration and shared prosperity.
